- Q: Is there a setting that makes online files automatically download to my computer?
- A: Yes! The sync tool works with both OneDrive and Sharepoint. You select which files and folders you want to automatically download, and every time you add something to a synced folder, it will be automatically accessible on your computer as well.

- Q: With so many ways to share files within OneDrive and Sharepoint, what is the best way?
- A: Honestly, the best way is the way that you will remember and do most consistently. The beautiful thing is that all of the options are good options! If you keep things on your desktop and work from those often, you can use the share option built into the desktop icon. If you work within Word and Excel documents most, using the share icon within those applications might be best for you. The best thing about Microsoft and the way that they have designed this is that you can share from wherever you work. Where you work most is where you should initiate shares from.

- Q: How do I access the collaboration capabilities, chat, and information in Teams if I am not a part of the organization or church staff (a volunteer)?
- A: Teams is a free application, available to anyone. If you need to participate in a Team, you simply need a free Microsoft account and an invitation. Any O365 account or any free Microsoft account can be used to sign in to any Team that you are invited to. When you do so, you can download the free Teams app to participate. It will indicate that you are a guest of that organization, and you will be able to access all of the chat capabilities, directory, and files for the Team you are invited to.

- Q: For a church that has never used Microsoft before, what would be Enable’s first step in setting up their OneDrive and Sharepoint?
- A: The first step in all of these cases is a meeting to plan out what you want the end result to look like. We need to define where you are currently, how do you do things now, and where do you want to go? How do we make sure that we replace all of your current functionalities within Office 365, in the most effective and seamless way for your staff. For us, the first step is always “begin with the end in mind.”
