We recently found ourselves in a worst-case scenario: at the start of Easter weekend our server was infected with ransomware and our data was inaccessible. This was a mission-critical weekend when we could not afford to have our computers down. Thanks to Enable’s business continuity service, help was only a phone call away. Within an hour they had pinpointed the source and timeframe of the attack. Our data was backed up and able to be quickly and completely restored. Even though it was a holiday, the Enable team was happy to do what it took to get us up and running with minimal impact to our staff.
