Enable Ministry Partners offers a variety of positions at different times, depending upon the need of the moment. Positions available:

Our Systems engineers serve as escalation points for our field engineers, as well as performing project work and acting under the instruction of our Senior Engineers. Systems Engineers guide and mentor Field Engineers, assist with more complex installs and networking troubleshooting and perform project work under the guidance and instruction of Senior Engineers. The position requires excellent client facing skills, teamwork, service, and communication. The ideal Systems Engineer candidate will have considerable desk side support and server administration experience as well as strong data networking skills and project experience. Work hours are 8 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday with some on-call responsibilities.

Our field engineers are the client face of Enable, attending client sites to perform maintenance, troubleshoot and perform installations. The position requires excellent client facing relationship building and communication skills and a heart to serve our clients, who are predominantly churches and ministries. The ideal candidate will have excellent technical skills, particularly in the areas of desk side support and server administration, and a good understanding of general data networking concepts. Work hours are 8 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday with some on-call responsibilities. 

Our Service Desk Technicians are on the front line of supporting our clients. Working in our Brentwood, TN office, they provide phone and remote support for our clients, nationwide. The position requires excellent communication, service, and teamwork. The ideal Service Desk Technician candidate will have an excellent phone manner, be able to build rapport quickly and will have excellent troubleshooting skills and have extensive workstation and basic server administration experience. Hours are Monday to Friday 8 am to 5 pm with no on-call duties.
